Q3: Can I get custom-made furniture?
Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke solid wood and mixed-material furniture. Share your design ideas or requirements, and our Jaipur-based design team will guide you through the customization process.
Q4: What materials do you use?
We use premium-quality solid wood (including teak, Sangwan, oak, white ash, walnut, mango, and acacia), HDMR/MDF/Plyboard wood panels, and fused materials such as brass, rattan, stone, glass, and steel—depending on your chosen design.

Q5: Where do you deliver?
We deliver across major cities in India, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa and Chennai, with reliable nationwide shipping.
Q6: What is the typical delivery time?
Ready-to-ship furniture is delivered within 7–14 days, while custom-made orders usually take 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity and design requirements.
Q7: Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer free installation in most metro cities. Our service team coordinates with you post-delivery to ensure a hassle-free setup.
💳 Payments & Warranty
Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options through trusted payment gateways.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for any orders, as all our furniture pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted exclusively for you.
Q9: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include a 1-year structural warranty (terms vary by product category). Warranty details are listed on individual product pages.

Q10: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or transit damage only. Custom-made furniture cannot be returned unless defective. Please raise any issue within 3 days of delivery for prompt assistance.
