Defective Items & Refunds
At Theomliving, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to our warehouse. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
For items picked up from your home, refunds are processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse. Depending on your location and logistics timelines, this process may take up to 7 working days. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
Custom Orders
Most of our furniture is made-to-order, crafted specifically to your unique requirements. As production begins immediately after your order is confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once placed.
We truly appreciate your understanding that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind, as each piece is individually handcrafted just for you.
